In Burbank, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across California on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–8:30 pm. This is my first time here . Ordered and paid $20-25 an Italian sub cold sandwich combo at 5:08pm with the very inattentive cashier on the bakery side of the store/restaurant after walking back and fourth trying to find the elusive menu . Checked on my order four times because it was taking a while , was told four times by the older man to wait for my order that he will let me know when it would be ready (he was very dismissive and I was trying to be patient RED FLAG ) . He came out after 5:50pm with the sandwich combo in a brown box in his hand. β€”β€” 40 MINUTES for a COLD cut sandwich β€”β€”β€”He asked if I received my drink, I said no , he pointed to a refrigerator and told me to get a drink from there , then proceeded to ask me for my name and how it is spelled on the receipt , which the delivery of the conversation felt really uncomfortable . The sandwich itself was beyond mediocre. I did not have a good experience. Nor do I plan on coming back . Honestly I feel like the service was extremely poor.

Went here tonite πŸ€ͺ the bakery people were very friendly and nice but didn't like the $40.00 up charge for 1 green apple frozen ice cream like ,and 1 peach ,and 1 raspberry these things were painted to look like a fruit but were tasteless frozen vanilla ice cream. The other pastries 🍰 looked good and tasty. Do recommend the spot just not what we ordered.

So originally we started going here a few weeks ago since every other pizza place is either a fail or closed down around us. The first we went they were short staffed and the owner was there and he made the pizza. We got a hot and honey and signature. The order was perfect and the hot and honey hit the spot. The second time we went the hot and honey wasn’t made right. It was spicy at all. Not just that they also had gotten the order wrong. Third time we went they completely didn’t put any honey at all. And today it wasn’t hot again. I’m implore the owner to get some more competent employees. The pizza is good when made right and I know it’s hard to find good help but speaking English well enough to understand no jalapeΓ±os and translating that over to the cook has to go smoothly. The Russian or Armenian girls taking the orders and then trying to communicate with the Spanish speaking cooks isn’t working well. This is gonna be last time I order here not because food is bad but because of incompetency

Pizza Prima offers a delightful dining experience that stands out in the crowded pizzeria scene. This family-run establishment truly shines with its dedication to crafting perfect pizzas. The secret to their success lies in the crispy thin crust, a signature element that customers rave about. Achieving the ideal balance of crunchiness and flavor, the crust is evidently a product of meticulous care and expertise. What sets Pizza Prima apart is their commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients. Each bite reveals the freshness and authenticity of the toppings, from the rich, tangy tomato sauce to the perfectly melted cheese and vibrant vegetables. It’s clear that they prioritize quality and flavor, ensuring every slice is a testament to their high standards. The stone dome oven at Pizza Prima is another key player in their culinary excellence. This traditional cooking method not only imbues the pizza with a delightful smoky undertone but also ensures an evenly cooked, golden crust that’s hard to find elsewhere. The oven's consistent heat distribution is crucial in achieving that much-desired crispy finish while locking in the flavors of the fresh ingredients. Visiting
